BASIC RETURN POLICY
Opened Medical Gear is non-returnable or exchangeable.
Custom Order vest are non-returnable (Exchange exceptions to apply upon approval). Note: if your order/item has SO or Special, in receipt description it can be considered Special Order but does not only apply to website items listed with SO or special.
Used Cut Gear are NOT eligible for return or exchange unless special "approved" circumstances approved by HCHD staff apply. (fees may apply).
Standard vest can be exchanged for another vest or can be returned. (subject to 15% restocking fee to cover labor).
Most other items (not custom ordered) can be returned and/or exchanged (subject to 15% restocking fee to cover labor).
